Love at Lower Precinct

This Valentine’s Day, Lower Precinct is the place to be! From 1st to 14th February, we’re inviting you to celebrate love, friendship, and joy by sharing your heartfelt messages for a chance to win a fabulous prize.

We’re giving away vouchers for the Lower Precinct store of your choice! Whether it’s a romantic gift, a treat for a friend, or something just for you, the choice is yours.

How to Get Involved:

1. Submit Your Message:
   • Share a heartfelt dedication to someone special via our online form (opens on the 1st February)
   • Alternatively, leave your message in the comments on our social media posts here LINK
2. Be Featured on the Love Wall:
   • All messages will appear on our virtual ‘Love Wall,’ a celebration of love for all to see

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Period
   The “Love at Lower Precinct” competition will be open for entries from 1st February 2025 until 12pm 14th February 2025.
2. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must submit a heartfelt dedication or message via the official competition entry form on the Lower Precinct website or in the comments on the designated social media posts.
3. Winner Selection
   Two winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
4. Prize Details
   Each winner will receive a voucher for the Lower Precinct store of their choice.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
   • No cash alternatives are available.
   • Store to be discussed due to some stores not providing gift vouchers.
5. Winner Notification and Prize Redemption
   • Winners will be notified via the contact details provided on their entry form or through the social media account they used to enter.
   • Winners must arrange prize redemption within 48 hours of notification. If a winner fails to respond within this time frame, a new winner will be selected.
6. Publicity and Data Usage
   • By entering the competition, participants consent to their submitted messages and names being displayed on the virtual Love Wall and featured on the Lower Precinct website and social media channels.
   • Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
7. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 and over.
   • Employees of Lower Precinct and their relatives are eligible to enter.
8. General Conditions
   • By entering this competition, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.
   • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition at any time without prior notice.
   • The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and accept no liability for any issues arising from the competition or prize use.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
   • These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
